Making Lots of Dough

Yes, I love pizza but really good pizza and I think Stella Barra in Santa Monica, California is the best I have tasted in a long, long time. Watching these chefs prepare the pizza is a delight in itself but I have concluded that the best pizza is all in the dough. Puffy, crunchy and “nut like” make for an excellent pizza. I adore this pizza!
